Step 1

In medium bowl, combine mint, tea and lemon peel.

Cover with boiling water and let steep 15 minutes

Strain and stir in sugar

Let cool completely before adding lemon juice

To serve: half fill 4 glasses with ice, fill with tea. Garnish with a lemon slice and mint sprig
