Hibiscus Key Lime Cocktail
Recipe: #10850

"Yes, one more Tommy Bahama cocktail recipe... my favorites! Hibiscus can be found in Hispanic markets, and in California at least, in the Hispanic aisle of any grocery store. It's usually called "Jamaica" and is a dried flower that looks a lot like a monkey paw. You can use the Hibiscus syrup to make a non-alcoholic drink by just adding water and ice to taste - it's called Agua de Jamaica in Mexican restaurants. I don't worry about the key limes - here in Costa Rica I use either regular limes or mandarinas (a type of very sour orange). Enjoy and RELAX!!! PREP TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE TIME TO MAKE HIBISCUS SYRUP."
