Step 1: For the Hibiscus syrup:
Step 2: Heat water and sugar in a small pot until sugar has melted. Remove from heat, add hibiscus and steep for 10 minutes. Remove hibiscus and cool.
Step 3: To make cocktail:
Step 4: Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker, add ice and shake until blended - about 20 seconds. Strain into a Collins glass over fresh ice and garnish with a mint sprig.
