Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 1/2 ounce vodka
  • 1/2 ounce Cointreau
  • 1 ounce syrup (Hibiscus, recipe below)
  • 1 ounce fresh lime juice
  • 1 ounce pineapple juice
  • Fresh mint, for garnish
  • HIBISCUS SYRUP
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • Hibiscus pods (3/4 cup)

How to Make

  • Step 1: For the Hibiscus syrup:

  • Step 2: Heat water and sugar in a small pot until sugar has melted. Remove from heat, add hibiscus and steep for 10 minutes. Remove hibiscus and cool.

  • Step 3: To make cocktail:

  • Step 4: Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker, add ice and shake until blended - about 20 seconds. Strain into a Collins glass over fresh ice and garnish with a mint sprig.
