Step by Step Method
Step 1
Cook spaghetti in boiling salted water. Meanwhile in a large serving bowl toss together the chopped tomatoes with mozzarella cheese, basil, olives and balsamic vinegar. Drain spaghetti; add to tomato mixture and toss to combine.
Step 2
In a small nonstick skillet over medium heat, cook garlic in oil until tender, then pour over spaghetti mixture; toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot or warm.
