Step by Step Method
Step 1
Peel cube and cook eggplant in salted water 10 minutes; Cool.
Step 2
Mix everything together but 1/2 cup cheese.
Step 3
Add drained eggplant.
Step 4
Spray baking dish with Pam. Pour in mixed ingredients.
Step 5
Bake 25 minutes in 350 degree oven.
Step 6
Put cheese on top bake 20 minutes more or until hot and melted.
