How to Make

  • Step 1: Peel cube and cook eggplant in salted water 10 minutes; Cool.

  • Step 2: Mix everything together but 1/2 cup cheese.

  • Step 3: Add drained eggplant.

  • Step 4: Spray baking dish with Pam. Pour in mixed ingredients.

  • Step 5: Bake 25 minutes in 350 degree oven.

  • Step 6: Put cheese on top bake 20 minutes more or until hot and melted.
