Easy Italian Pasta Dinner
"O.k. I'm going to admit this right off,the original recipe was found on another recipe site. :)I've made it several times and it was good,but always felt something was missing.So,I change the tomato sauce to a vegetable juice and added some seasonings.Then I thought it was good enough to post here.If you are watching your sodium,use Low Sodium juice. And as usual if the amount of my seasonings aren't to your liking,please change them.I listed the servings as 4, if your serving this with a salad and garlic bread you could get 6 servings.Posted to "ZAZZ" on 10/23/13."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
In a large skillet over medium heat add ground beef, garlic powder,and seasoned salt.
Step 2
Cook beef until browned,drain fat and return to skillet.
Step 3
Sprinkle noodles over meat.
Step 4
In a bowl mix together vegetable juice,water,onion soup mix, and Italian Seasonings.
Step 5
Pour over noodles and mix well.
Step 6
Bring to a boil and cover,then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes until noodles are tender make sure you stir occasionally to keep from sticking.
Step 7
If you like you can top each serving with Mozzarella Cheese
