"This is a delicious healthy drink for all ages. It is low in calories and very healthy with Vitamin C and calcium. Kids will love the creamy frothy top. This recipe came from a Live Long and Healthy cookbook that I have had for decades. I like making this with fresh squeezed oranges."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
In a blender, add ½ cup of orange juice, powdered milk, ice cubes and sugar. Blend until ice cubes are crushed.
Step 2
Add the other half of the orange juice and blend for a few seconds until mixture is frothy. Serve.
