Step by Step Method
Step 1
Peheat oven to 325 degrees F.
Step 2
In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs until foamy. Beat in white sugar and brown sugar until ingredients are thoroughly combined, then add flour. Stir well.

Mix in melted butter and vanilla.

Stir chocolate chips and walnuts into mixture. Pour mixture into unbaked pie shell.
Step 5
Bake in preheated oven for 45-55 minutes or until set.
