Daily Inspiration

Delicious salad --we always love salads with nuts and dried or fresh fruit. Had some pepitas on hand and used them instead of the sunflower seeds; otherwise, I made the salad as directed. Next time I might make a double-batch of the dressing. Definitely a keeper of a recipe. : )
