I loved making my own "Bisquick" and chose this particular recipe over others on the internet because this one contained powdered buttermilk which you just can't go wrong when using. I made up a batch to use for dumplings and also a coffee cake. I love this mix! Will keep it on hand as we love biscuits and muffins and this is a good base.

This stuff is absolutely awesome it works like a dream ive made several of my bisquick recipes with it already thanks mike for posting it here too. This should be in everyones cook book .i used powdered milk and then vinegar in my recipes.
