"As I was looking through my copy of Taste of Home's Quick Cooking Recipes 2010. I found this recipe which was created by their Test Kitchen,and decided to make it with what was on hand. I think this would work very well with whatever mixture of leftover veggies you might have. And if you have any bacon leftover from Breakfast that would be good too,that way the less cooking you have to do is always a good thing. ;)" COOK TIME " includes cooking the bacon.
