"This originally was used to marinate an entire pork tenderloin, but I cut it down for two pork chops. If you want to do a whole tenderloin, you'll need to double everything. Prep time is marinating time, it takes about 90 seconds to actually mix it up."

Step by Step Method

Combine all ingredients in a zip-top plastic bag; marinate in refrigerator at least two hours, turning bag occasionally.
Step 2
Place chops in a shallow baking pan and pour marinade over top.
Step 3
Bake at 375F for 40 minutes, turning twice during cooking.
