Step 1

Prepare the haddock and put in baking dish.

I cut this down to use 1 haddock fillet. It was delicious using a nice fresh fillet from the fish market. The haddock had great flavor and it was flaky and moist, which is important when eating fish! Simplicity is sometimes the best and this was one of those recipes. We loved this so much and enjoyed it with stuffed tomatoes on the side. Nice combination!
