I cut this down to use 1 haddock fillet. It was delicious using a nice fresh fillet from the fish market. The haddock had great flavor and it was flaky and moist, which is important when eating fish! I will save this to have again for sure. Any fish lover would enjoy this lovely recipe. Thank you for another of your great recipes Mimi! Linda

Simplicity is sometimes the best and this was one of those recipes. We loved this so much and enjoyed it with stuffed tomatoes on the side. Nice combination!
