In my young and wild days, this day was a big celebration. We usually hosted a potluck party where everyone brought there favourite Irish munchies and drinks. Of course there was always green beer and way too much of it.

This year it's just a quiet night with a couple of friends and a few family members coming over for drinks and green beer... Too much work to go all out.
We do have the grand kids this week, so we are going to bring them to a Dinosaur Discoveries Exhibit going on at Science North which is a local tourist attraction. They are so pumped about this... I told them they had to wear green top hats and green t-shirts and sunglasses, but they declined to wear that
