I can honestly say that I have never made Irish soda bread. If I don't get any made by St Patrick's Day I will try to make some this year.

I think you'd really like it. A plus is that they are usually really easy to make and take few ingredients.

Waigen it's basically a big biscuit slashed on top for steam to rise I think you guys would like it they have add ins mostly raisin Caraway seed for some oats walnuts chocolate chips
