What Is/Was On Your DINNER Plate From 9/23 to 9/29 ?

I made a big pot of beef stroganoff yesterday up until the last step, stashed in the fridge. Reheated and added my sour cream and served over noodles tonight. Pretty much my dinner plate for the rest of the week. Hubby made his inaugural batch of fall chili to eat for a few days, so I made stroganoff. I like chili, but it does not like me. I don't eat it often due to the bad heartburn I get. Hubs will not touch a mushroom with a ten foot pole, so stroganoff is a very rare treat for me.

(I'm trying to see how many meals I can make from one 5 lb.bird ).

Tonight it's cheese tortellini with roasted red pepper sauce and turkey sausage.

I don't know exactly what it will be,
but I do know that I'm using leftover chicken.
When I find a recipe I'll come back and post it.

Tonight I made Asian turkey meatballs in a light gravy made with broth and corn starch instead of butter and flour. Then served them over rice.
