Hamburger Krispie & Greek Potatoes

I love to try recipes that have "Different" ingredients and a hamburger with rice krispies certainly qualifies. This recipe bakes them like meatballs but I wanted patties for my Saturday night Burger so shaped them as patties & fried them. The rice krispies keep the burger lovely & moist. I loved this recipe and will be using rice krispies in some of my burgers in the future. The sauce is simple, easy & tasty The recipe gets an A+ from me.
The potato recipe is just posted - we really enjoyed it and yes it does taste like your restaurant Greek Potatoes. I was a bit shy on the lemon juice I will use a little more next time
