What WAS on your Plate & WHAT'S for Dinner Tonight 1/13

Morning Everyone! What's Everybody Cooking Today?

Well, Thai food for lunch with a friend was great as always. They have this amazing lunch special. Soup, 2 small appies, and 2 main dishes small lunch size, cookies, tea.
Dinner, they offer - soup, 3 larger appies, choice of 2 salads, 3 main dishes but a bit smaller, cookies, tea. Both, great priced and to be shared. Also, very authentic food. Only offered on Tues and Thurs. I pigged out ... that was lunch/dinner.

Today, Ladies #1 and #2: Same as what I made for Lady #3 yesterday - http://www.recipezazz.com/…/cheese-stuf ... ith-fruit-…; wild rice; spinach salad w/fruit

Me: Pan sauteed thin pork chops in beer w/onions and mushrooms; more salad from the garden. I have a bad tooth; so, if I let them cook a good hour; they will be fall apart tender.

After noon Ellie and Kitten. Burger, can't go wrong; Kitten, that sounds so good and healthy. I'm being bad and unhealthy today, lol. It's cold for us. Floridians don't do well under 70, lol.

Kimmy I had so much rich fattening Filipino food over the holidays I feel so bloated, so now I am back to my old ways of eating clean and healthy again. Your so lucky to live in a warm country, my GF who once lived in my city now lives in Florida Keys she says it a piece of heaven... here it's 35 below windchill last night, if it was not for my son and grandson I would be out of here so quick!!!
If you can eat, you can make it!
