Last night I made bacon cheeseburgers and home-grown corn on the cob.
Today I'm making homemade chicken pot pie.

Hubs grilled out steaks and shrimp for us, and we paired it with baked potatoes.

Last night I made breaded fried shrimp served over rice with a lemon sauce made with a jar of lemon curd, 1/4 cup soy sauce, 1/2 cup chicken stock and 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger, stirred into sauted onions, peppers and garlic.
Tonight it's going to be stuffed peppers with our first peppers from the garden.

I have leftovers from
Sunday's roast & carrots,so probably those.
A starch will be decided later.
