Post

Hi Everyone
,
Today starts a new chapter in the " What's For DINNER ? "thread.
Some of you already know that I've done this for several years at a now defunct
site and I'm also hosting one on FB.
So, lets get started.
I've got some leftover Boneless Pork Loin and mixed veggies,
so probably a soup of some sort.

Today I'm making my Stuffed Pepper Soup
https://www.recipezazz.com/recipe/stuff ... -soup-8223. I always make extra stuffed peppers so I can make soup with the extras the next day. Also going to have some Italian garlic bread with it. Kind of cold here in NE Ohio today. But at least the sun is shining.

Sounds like a wonderful tummy warming meal.
And what a great way to use the leftovers. ;)

I've missed following this thread. Even though I rarely posted, I was always reading what everybody had for dinner. I made a batch of Chicken Barley soup, adding all kinds of veggies, and will have cornbread with it. Hope to see this continuing!

Sounds good to me.
And I bet the Meatballs & Sauce would make a great Meatball Sub. ;)
