What Is/Was On Your DINNER Plate From 6/3 to 6/9 ?

Last night I made a new recipe I found. It's Iowa Ham Meatballs. Never heard of them before, but apparantly it's a favorite in Iowa. I posted the recipe, but it hasn't been approved as of yet. But they were REALLY good!
Not sure yet what I'm having tonight. Maybe leftover ham meatballs. It made a lot.

Last night I made karenstl's Creamy Garlic Pasta and it was awesome!



And tonight making my Cabbage Soup (Diet) as going to town tomorrow and will not feel like cooking when I get home.

Sides are Corn on the Cob and Baked Spuds

With carrots added to the roast, with mashed
spuds and of course gravy.

Pot roast, carrots and potatoes is one of my favorite meals. It was my dad's also. I have fond memories of him every time I make it.

Isn't it wonderful when sometimes we make
something and we are reminded of wonderful people or things
in our lives.
