Shadow's Asparagus, Derf's Trout

Last night's dinner was wonderful! I pan fried the trout - it came out perfect, moist and flakey. The perfect companion was Shadow's Asparagus Tex-Mex. Our Asparagus season is almost over so this was the perfect recipe to end it with a bang.

P.S. Shadow - I loved this asparagus recipe but I like the garlic one the most with this a close second.
