I had some mushrooms that needed to be used and was lucky enough to spot this recipe.
Ohh... and so glad I did.... what a great recipe.... just delicious, DH really enjoyed it and commented on it ..... but being the carnivore he is was looking for meat!
Never mind.... I cooked it, I spent the time (whilst he watched the news)... I was entitled to serve my preference. ( he really did like it ;) )

Thanks Bea, a very quick, easy and tasty meal indeed.
I am trying to use what I have on hand at the moment and not go to the supermarket because of
lock down, and I am finding some great recipe's on here suiting the situation.
