Tilapia with Mayo & Hot Pickled Peppers

Another tasty recipe from QueenBea. Lovely peppy flavour. I used snapper filets and served them with fresh Salsa, Green Beans from the garden, broccoli & a new potato. The filets hadn't quite browned after they were just about cooked so I broiled them for a couple minutes - perfect

Thanks Tisme. I find we are eating more & more fish. I do check where it was caught! Even then how can we be sure the water wasn't polutted?
