Bea"s KFC Coleslaw - Copycat

This is a MMmm slaw. I left out the carrot & used my mini chopper to cut up the cabbage. Took minutes to make. Because it is so "HOT" right now and I didn't want any more heat in the kitchen I used my Actifry to stir fry some chicken tenders, added some onions & a few mushrooms some thousand Island dressing (only a couple of tablespoons). Had a jar of marinated artichoke hearts and there was another tasty Summer dinner
