Jalapeño - Cheese Stuffed Chicken FANTASTIC!!!

This is a fantastic chicken recipe that will be made often here, YUM!!! I used 3 chicken breasts and I butterflied them instead of cutting them in half and followed the recipe as listed. I served these up with rice and it made for a tasty dinner.
