Pork Chops and Taters

I had my daughter over for dinner and she requested Dreamer's chops, we have been making these for a few years now. They are so quick and easy to prepare and very tasty.

Here are a couple of quick shots I took before gobbling everything up.

I made this recipe using peeled chopped potatoes and added the juice of 1/2 a lemon. Fantastic!!!
