Lobster Tails with Sweet& sour Broccoli

They were on sale so had to buy them. Lobster is not my favorite - I would rather have prawns but I can't pass up a bargain. It was a nice Labour Day Dinner. The Sweet & Sour Broccoli is lovely.

I also love lobster but sadly haven't had it for a while I must treat myself :) Love your photos!

Nic pics Bergy! I will take lobster tail over shrimp any day as long as a I have lots of melted garlic butter to dip it in!

Thnks Lee- I did love it with just butter & garlic but now I have it a little less
High in fat etc. I don't know why at my age I should just say to heck with it and enjoy every mouthful Hey I did enjoy this recipe but butter & garlic sure sounds Mmmmm

Looks awesome, can almost taste it! I love lobster, Bergy your photo has me thinking maybe I see a lobster supper happening in my kitchen! :)
