Scandinavian Hash (biksemad)

Left over lamb from the freezer, leftover leeks, 1 leftover brussels sprouts, peppers. fresh onions and mushrooms some spices and a fried egg. The photos with the runny egg aren't very good but look at the chicken head formed by the white and the yolk - Isn't that fun?

Yep, I loved the chicken head. I didnt read at first, just looked at the photo's then said, wait that's a chicken head! After I stared at his eye for a minute, wondering, then saw it! LMAO You made me laugh! Love those pics! :D
