Let me see if I can break it down into simple terms:

There are daily cuisine tours from different parts of the world, or food festivals in the U.S.A. & Canada. Join in on as many or few as you like. You just need to sign-up for a bus tour before it leaves.

You can sign-up for a bus tour by either:

1) Tagging a recipe posted on recipezazz that fits into the daily cuisine and cooking and reviewing it.
2) Posting a new recipe to recipezazz that you want to make and mark "tried and true" which will complete the tag. To use this option you just have to provide a title of the recipe you will be posting to join the tour.

Sue has also added threads that you can advertise your recipes or recipebooks on to make it easier for us to browse recipes to tag, but you can pick any from the site, or from recipes you've been wanting to make and post.

The Vacation threads are divided by type

1. The Main Vacation thread. Here you will find all the rules and links to other relevant threads, nd a place to offer suggestions for the game.

2. The Weekly Destination and Sign up thread: One for each week. This is where you put down the tags you want to make.

3. The weekly recipe drive: One for each week. This is where you advertise your recipes as well as can easily find recipes to tag, although you can tag any appropriate recipe on Zazz, and if it is not on Zazz, you can tag it yourself, as long as you post the recipe and mark it tried and true (the same effect as having reviewed it).

4. The Destination thread is not related to the tagging but is for entertaining you and showing you the places you are visiting through pictures and images. It is your "virtual tour/vacation" because you might like to imagine yourself there.

When the week closes for tagging recipes, the Recipe Drive threads will be moved to archives. In other words, week one tagging officially ends Friday. Saturday, the "Week 1 Recipe Drive" will be locked and moved to archive.

When tags are completed in each weekly Destinations, that thread will be archived, but not before then. In other words, the Week 1 Destinations will be archived when everyone finishes their tags and so forth.

IF----at any time you cannot find where to post something or find something, please please please message me personally or post it in the MAIN VACATION thread. Someone will be along to help you and you will not miss a deadline---you may find I am flexible on that subject. Just no popping up a month from now and saying you need to do the LONDON tour. =)) But you know what I mean.

Couldn't find a link to report completion of two recipes but the Magic bus driver said that ir would be okay to get off here and post them

My morocco stop had me complete
Derf's http://www.recipezazz.com/recipe/morocc ... illet-5903 Moroccan Chicken and Veggie Skillet - very worthwhile stop -

Then on to Stockholm for this Asparagus feast Mmm
Dreamer_in_Ontario's http://www.recipezazz.com/recipe/barbeq ... ragus-7392 Barbequed Asparagus.
It was fun watching them harvest the asparagus!

You're covered, Bergy!
By the way, all the tagging and reporting is done in the same "DESTINATIONS and SIGN-UPS" thread for each week, but here is ok too.

I'm trying to iron out the bugs concerning finding the right threads, so I have tried just now to make them easier to spot.

I'd appreciate feedback on this.

Trying to use up my fresh Apriums from my tree has me wanting more recipes for them, so I found a couple of Apricot festivals to choose from to add to the destinations:

Patterson Apricot Fiesta in CA - May 31st, so we would be a little late.
or
Lillooet Apricot & Tsaqwen Festival in BC, I don't know if they're doing it this year, but in 2011 it was July 22nd-24th

Here's a list of CA festivals too: http://californiafairsandfestivals.com/ ... tivals.htm

You must have heard me kvetching about what to put in the couple of empty spots for week 4.
I had just pencilled something in then saw this, but I moved the other thing down the list. So the Apricot Fiesta will be showing up for you. :D
I'll still be looking for more ideas if people have them. 8-)
