Bea, thank you for hosting this event. I started out a bit late and didn't think I'd make too many recipes. I'm still not sure what got into me.

When I was in my 20s, I used to go to Irish bars in the big city but haven't done that in a LONGGGGG time. We usually eat an Irish meal and have Guinness or another Irish beer.
