TGIF ... YES IT IS FRIDAY!

Just me today; and quiet I guess. Lots of errands, misc stuff; so, wanted something easy. And, just me tonight.

Stir fry shrimp and snap pea ... actually just a few ingredients. Sesame oil, soy, water chestnuts, scallions, red pepper flakes, s/p; very easy. On the side some rice and fruit.

Oh your here :o I checked this morning but didn't see you!

I was lucky to get a massive head of cauliflower at the farmer's market so I chopped it up and grilled it with pork chops, there's nothing like garden fresh veggies!

I was a bit late this am ... busy; sorry, I try to get on early.
Oh, I so agree; fresh veggies are the best. Sounds like a nice dinner. Rainy here, so inside cooking tonight; I love to grill when possible. Grilled cauli sounds fantastic cagey!!

Tonight were grilling pork loins, I made a bean salad yesterday to serve with it.

Have a wonderful weekend Kchurchill5 and everyone else!

59, a nice weekend to you; and everyone else as well.
Well to a potluck/BBQ tonight, took some carrot cake cookies, classic spinach dip in a bread bowl; and, my marinated bloody mary chicken wings.

So, fun and no clean up here.
