TUESDAY ... WHOO HOO! NOT MUCH ELSE TO SAY.
So, What's Cooking Tonight?

Lady #3 - Getting back late from a trip ... I'll take over a casserole to put in the fridge - http://www.recipezazz.com/recipe/saraso ... sagna-9748; salad (ready to toss w/dressing); and, bread in foil pouch. She can just heat it up.

Me: Pork burger (ginger, garlic, jalapeno, scallions, sesame oil, soy), topped w/cucumber, onion and carrots tossed w/rice wine vinegar and soy, lettuce, and a sriracha mayo; potato salad; fruit
(leftover pork - will make into a few meatballs for another meal)

In the summer I really don't do any serious cooking so it's just a grilled cheese and salad for tonight

I had lots of garden fresh cauliflower from our outdoor farmer's market so I made a casserole with it and added in some cooked chicken

Sounds wonderful. I was looking for some cauliflower; but, none fresh at the market this weekend.
