What WAS on Your Plate & and WHAT'S for Dinner Tonight 4/21
Finally caught up a bit; but, have a big catering for a weekend charter fishing cruise - so, been preoccupied.
Today, lots of cooking, prep, and planning.
Dinner for me ... my friend smoked a brisket over night; so, I will be getting a plate of brisket, baked beans and slaw.
Now, for Lady #1 and #2 - their Card/Game Night - German: Soft pretzels w/cheese sauce or mustard, a mix of sausages w/condiments, red cabbage, potato pancakes w/applesauce, german beer. One guest is bringing a side; another, dessert.
And ... It's National Chocolate Covered Cashews Day!

Ellie, hope you had a nice time with your daughter. 59, who doesn't like a good chili dog?
Shapes, I knew you would do leftovers ... but, it always comes out good. And Newbie, I love eggs and salami. Up in MI, we used a good bologne instead of salami. That was always a Sun breakfast.
Lovin, my friends brisket was great; and, he makes killer spud salad too. I was happy not too cook. I have enough brisket for a sandwich too. And Chaz, it is grilling season. I try to grill is often as possible.
Everyone sounds like they had a great dinner!!
