What WAS on your Plate & What's for Dinner Tonight 1/2

Post by Kchurchill5 » Sat Jan 02, 2016 9:01 am

Morning, and Happy Saturday!

This morning - for my company, I made Mickey Mouse Belgium Waffles topped with fresh fruit, whipped cream, maple syrup for the kids ... and, a spiked syrup for the adults. I borrowed my friends Mickey Waffle Maker (they really make them); then they are heading out to do touristy things.

Early dinner for Lady #2+Family: Shrimp and fish tacos w/all the toppings (avocado crema, cabbage, pickled onions, tomato, cotija cheese, jalapenos, etc); Mexican yellow rice; spicy black beans; Mexican coffee and cookies

Me: My company is taking me out

My menu tonight; left over turkey, on thick bread with some gravy, with peas. Happy Saturday and new years!

Thx Ellie, it was their idea. They wanted to go out; but, the restaurants are just packed right now. Tourists!
Salmon sounds good.

Cupcake, I love leftovers, so that sounds delicious.

Sounds good to me Chiffon. I am so bad, I cheat when in comes to fries. Ore Ida is my go to recipe, lol. But, they ain't bad! But, good double fried fries are the best; I'm just too lazy to make them, lol.
