I'll deliver it early; and, all they have to do is heat up the soup.

Box #5 Ingredients, Delivered late yesterday: Organic chicken, beets, pole beans, potatoes, mushrooms, onions, asparagus, cheddar, cottage cheese, cream cheese, eggs, dairy, tomatoes, mango, papaya, pomegranate juice, oranges, crepes, strawberry jam, greens, herbs, spices, orange liquor
4 co-workers: Dinner frittata, salad; and crepes
Chicken vegetable fritatta w/potato crust; mango beet salad over greens w/pomegranate dressing; crepes w/cottage and cream cheese filling, w/strawberry sauce and whipped cream

My dinner will be at work tonight. I think the boys are picking up Chinese
Sounds wonderful! I also think this is your best box yet!

Tonight: fish and coleslaw and ice cream.

Thx ellie, it is a pretty easy one. Dreading the next 2. I hate to make dessert; and, I saved the last 2 for that. But, the rest has been fun.

Fish and slaw sound good. We will probably have a variety of Chinese; so, it will be a bit of this and that. But, that is fine.

I'm hoping to make stuffed summer squash today and a caprese salad. We'll see how that turns out. ;)

Sounds good Sue. I love stuffed squash. My tomatoes are done. JULY! But, had a good crop this year; especially peppers and eggplant.

Lady #3 is busy tonight; so, just me.
Me and a client are going over plans for an upcoming dinner party. I am making salmon chowder, wedge salad; and crusty bread. It's a whole foods recipe; but, pretty basic. Gonna tweak it a bit; but, it is a good recipe.

Ellie, what a nice easy and healthy dinner. Sounds wonderful. I got called in to work. PIA. But, just grabbed a subway sub for dinner. The healthy turkey one; at least better than a burger. I took some watermelon, carrots and celery w/dip to snack on. So, not all bad.

Morning All!

A nice am shower; but, NO yard work now ... guess I have to do laundry, ARRGH!

Today, Lady #3 is having the same thing I made for the other 2 ladies yesterday - Grilled lamb chops; mashed cauliflower and peas; tomato caprese salad; fresh rolls

Me, my 5th box is being delivered later ... so, I'll have to figure out that. And for dinner. What I didn't have last night. Greek grilled tilapia, Greek tomato and cucumber salad; and pesto pasta w/Feta.
My pasta is already made; so, it will be a quick dinner. Probably out by the pool.

I've been so busy; no big cooking here, for me that is.

Today ...
Lady #3: http://www.halfbakedharvest.com/cuban-f ... -citrus-ma…/ - these are really good. For the sauce, I don't use cream cheese, but add a little cotija to thicken it up a bit.
On the side, http://ourfamilyfoodadventures.com/…/…/ ... -like-son/ - and, dulce de leche cookies from the Mexican Market

Me: Helping a friend prep for a catering event this evening, for one tomorrow. So, a couple of grilled sandwiches, chips, fruit, pickles. I have Italian tuna (tuna melt), pickles, cherries; she, watermelon and the rest.
===================
Nothing new or special here. I have lots of recipes to post; but, been pretty quiet here.
Hope everyone is doing well!!

Morning Ellie, sounds good. That turkey bacon loaf sounds really good. Perfect with the corn salad. Corn is so good right now; hard to pass up isn't it?
