Hi, back from surgery and feeling kind off normal.
Tonight I'm going to have chicken milanesas with Turkish Fried Potatoes Soslu Patates Kizartmast and maybe a tomato salad.

MsP, surgery and you are cooking all that. Sit back and relax!
Put your feet up!

But, that does sound pretty darn good.

Uhhh! I like your new picture Kim.

The milanesas I bought...the rest was easy. The potatoes delish!
No idea what I will have tonight.

I'll come back later.

Happy Sunday All!

Thx, needed to get in the halloween spirit.
I am late today. I took a nice walk on the beach this am. Then ran a couple of errands.

I'm smoking salmon for Lady #3 today; but, also, for me, and my other 2 ladies. The bottom rack is done; but, the top rack still has a bit more time.

Lady #3: Dinner is the salmon, served room temp or cold w/creamy dill caper sauce; a lemon spinach pasta salad; and roasted asparagus

Me: Chipped beef over toast or biscuits; peas and lima beans; and fruit
Stouffers and Pillsbury are my cooks tonight. Feeling lazy.

Chipped beef is a favorite over here! Might have tomorrow night. Good idea Kim!

Potassium, lol. Hey, sometimes I just don't feel like eating. I would like to think our bodies know better than we do. We eat ... just to eat cause we are supposed to.

Torts sound delicious! I have some pierogies I need to use up - potato and chicken. I may have to add them this week or next.

I've been pretty good going through my freezer and using up stuff.

Chili sounds good Dis ... always good. Yep, definitely a SOS fan,

MSPia, I am trying to do the same thing. I have like 5 roasts in there of my own, then when my mom moved, she gave me 3 more. I mean we can have roast 3 times a week, but then again.....

OH and I forgot to mention, I have cube steak. I think I have like 3 packs, and my mom said, hey I have some freezer items I need to give you, there was 5 packs in that gift bag. She also gave me some roasts, hamburger and garden veggies. BUT OMG, hard to use up some of that stuff. Maybe I should have roast tomorrow instead of chipped beef.
