SillyS, sounds good. Leftovers are always good.
Thx Lilly, I hope you did as well. As like SillyS, leftovers are always a good thing in my house.

I did make my soup today; but, forgot a piece of chicken today in the fridge I want to use.
So, making chicken salad over a bed of greens tonight, some tomato, corn, fruit, etc. Easy.
The soup, will just be tomorrow night. Just switched nights is all. Then, tomorrow, I don't have to cook.

KC, soup and homemade bread sounds great. I'm like Oprah; I LOVE BREAD!!!
I see you're making chicken salad. Since you're starting to like curry, try putting a little curry powder in your chicken salad. It's delicious!
Tonight I made pepper steak in a rich brown gravy over white rice.

I agree with you and oprah. My soup I did make, it will be dinner tomorrow. I found a chicken quarter to use up and corn on the cob; so, made chicken salad over greens for something light tonight.

I actually though about curry; but, I had some lemon aioli with capers to use up; so, I used that.
I will try the curry in the chicken salad. I think that is a good way to start using it more. I also have some golden raisins and nuts too which would work. Thx for reminding me. I love having something like chicken salad on hand to snack on for lunch.

Pepper steak sounds good.
When I was young, 10-14ish. Once a month we would go to this great little Hole in the Wall, Chinese restaurant. The best food ever. Always packed inside and take out. I ordered egg rolls and pepper steak I think for 4 years straight, My mom and Dad tried; and, I did sample ... but, I always ordered the same thing. The pepper steak Princess!!!
