What WAS on Your Plate & and WHAT'S for Dinner 7/22
Pretty low key today.
One of the Ladies I cook for ... she and her 2 friends picked up their to go basket early this am.
Me: Considering I got way too busy last night to cook ... I'm back to my salad tonight. Topped with tuna, artichokes, sun dried tomatoes, cucumber, onion, olives, etc. Fruit on the side. Nothing fancy or special.

Just harvested my 3 plants; drying them all; them, put it jar; or make my Italian blend (thyme, oregano, sage, parsley, basil, etc). And, just planted 5 new plants.lovinretirement wrote:Tonight it's just cheese ravioli with alfredo sauce and fresh basil chiffonade. My basil plant is more like a bush this year. It's going crazy! And maybe a caprese salad.
They get so big don't they?
Ravioli sounds delicious. And, don't get started on caprese ... I could eat that daily.
