What WAS on Your Plate & and WHAT'S for Dinner 7/18

IT'S ONCE AGAIN ... ANOTHER START TO THE WEEK! HAPPY MONDAY ...

Ladies #1 and #2: Meatless Night - http://www.recipezazz.com/…/cauliflower ... tato-hash-…, topped w/eggs; mixed baby greens w/green goddess dressing; strawberries

Last night I realized I needed to finish my asparagus beet salad; so, I had that with a stuffed tomato w/mushrooms, onion, celery, mozz, and herbed bread crumbs. Baked; and, finished with a farm egg. Also, had 1/2 avocado w/balsamic dressing.
Definitely using up all leftovers - Strawberries w/whipped cream for dessert.

Tonight: http://www.recipezazz.com/…/teriyaki-ma ... -free---su… grilled chicken wings; grilled potato wedges; corn on the cob again, it's so good right now; watermelon and strawberries.

My smoked salmon/asparagus omelette will have to wait until tomorrow.

Nothing special, I hate cooking on Mondays. Probably just a quick sandwich tonight

Tonight I made Orange-Soy Chicken Breasts http://www.recipezazz.com/recipe/orange ... easts-5618, old fashioned corn casserole, and sauted kale with onions, garlic, crushed red pepper flakes, and chicken stock.

DebD, your salad sounds good. I have some salad stuff to use up as well.
Lovin, old fashioned corn casserole sounds yummylicious!!! :)
And, blonde ... I have 4 go to meals when I don't want to cool. A sandwich, cheese/crackers, or soup; which I always have in the freezer. Nothing wrong with a good sandwich!!!
