T.G.I.F., IT'S ABOUT TIME!
Any exciting weekend BBQ's or dinner plans?

Are GUMMY WORMS actually a Food?

Well, both Ladies aren't having their Card/Game Night ... Out of town. So, just cooking for me tonight.

I'm thinking my leftover pork tenderloin (I reserved some of the maple/mustard sauce); pasta salad w/tomato, cucumber and egg; corn on the cob

Today it's just parmesan crusted tilapia, fresh veggie (all from the garden) salad with cukes, cherry tomatoes, onions, basil and mozzarella (not from the garden), and fresh yellow wax and green beans.

Gummies, I was addicted to those years ago I swear I ate a pound a day I just couldn't stop I would keep them on my night table wake up in the middle of the night and stuff my face, I remember falling back to sleep and waking up with them still in my mouth :o to this day I still can't believe I didn't choke, at one point I thought I need help to stop eating them, thank God somehow I lost my taste for them and have not had one since, but seeing those is a mind-refresher :? :o :D

grilled plank salmon for tonight :)

4 (6 oz) pieces of salmon
½ cup orange juice
¼ cup lemon juice
¼ cup lime juice
¼ cup orange marmalade
2 garlic cloves, minced
3 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
¼ cup brown sugar
1 Tablespoon Cornstarch
1 Tablespoon Water

Instructions

In a medium saucepan whisk together orange juice, lemon juice, lime juice, orange marmalade, garlic, soy sauce and brown sugar.
In a small bowl, whisk together cornstarch and water. Slowly stir into the marinade and bring to a boil over medium high heat until the mixture starts to thicken. Remove from heat.
Lay salmon skin side down on cedar planks (or well oiled grill) and season with salt and pepper. Brush half of the marinade onto the tops of the salmon and grill over medium high heat for 12-15 minutes.
Transfer the salmon to plates and brush with reserved salmon on top. Enjoy!

Lovin, sounds like a nice healthy dinner. Tilapia is a great go to fish. Mild, so you can really do anything with it; and, it is affordable too.

59, love german spud salad; definitely a favorite of mine. I haven't made it in quite a while. I was a gummy fan as well.

TX, salmon looks really delicious. You should post the recipe here.
