Is Everyone Ready for Easter?
Also, have a very special and blessed Good Friday!
Me: I went with the soup last night; so, back to my Mexican stuffed poblano peppers tonight; with, a simple green salad w/lime vinaigrette. A meatless night. I have some fruit too.
Ladies #1, #2, and #3 - All Playing Card Together: Marinated chilled spicy shrimp to start w/crostini; pasta primavera; arugula w/lemon vinaigrette. And, a couple of pitchers of white sangria.
Dropping off everything early; but, all they need to do, is just need to heat up the pasta; and toss the salad.
They knew I had an appt; so, they don't mind.

I have 4 for Easter, just good friends; so, it will be pretty easy. I just have to pick up the asparagus and eggs (deviled eggs) today; and, I should be set. I do NOT want to shop tomorrow. OH, wine too ... having sangria too.
