It's Monday ... Let the Week Begin! Only 4 More Days Till Fri, LOL!
Since my friend stopped over last night with dinner ... in return for some computer work; tonight, I am back to my burrito over greens; and fruit

Also, for ladies #1 and #2: Corn chowder; classic spinach salad; fruit. Chowder is cooking; and, my burrito is from my freezer stash; so, cooking is basically done.

Soup and sammies are always good. Sometimes with sammy nights; I take the time to try something new ... like sauteing spinach or chard to add to the sandwich. Maybe grilled onions; or roasted tomato slices. I may make a pesto aioli or BBQ mayo sauce; or even add sliced apples or fruit to the sandwich.

I'm always trying to find fun new combos; even with just grilled cheese too.

My poker friends and I have a soup and sandwich party. Sort of 2-3 small pots of soup; and build your own sammies. It's fun and inexpensive to do.

Thx Kitten; yeah, we do it now and then. Just fun; and ... sometimes variations of grilled cheese; sometimes other combos. Yep, I love them too.

I have stuffed swiss chard rolls for dinner tomorrow (basically cabbage rolls) loves those too. I'll check out your recipe.
Thx, kitty is Cloudy, 22 lbs, yes!!!

Newbie, chicken curry sounds delish, enjoy!! I'm a curry newbie (no pun intended there); and, just learning to like it.
