Morning!

Easy day, I have some house work going on; so, I'm sort of stuck here. Ladies #1 and #2, my friend is taking care of.
And me, leftover steak from the other night as a quesadilla w/swiss, mushrooms, onions, pesto; iceberg wedge w/tomatoes, cucumber, bacon, and green goddess dressing; fruit

Easy day for me too - we have been having a lot of rain and rain always makes me lazy.

My son is making dinner tonight - so even easier - he is making ribs, beans and coleslaw. A fun meal!

It sounds great; a nice summer dinner ... swap out the liverwurst for me. How about bologne? lol. Sorry, not a liver fan; but, one of my fishing buddies would love it!!

Sounds good to me! Love the name of it.

I made brunch this morning for Lady #3 and 4 friends. An Old Fashioned Egg and Bologne bake; pan fried potatoes; and fruit w/yogurt sauce.

Me and a couple of friends are doing CORN night. I have things in the fridge and freezer to use up. Veggies/greens, chicken and cooked ground beef, soups, tortillas, cheese, etc. I'm sure we will come up with something.

CORN is required now and then; and, a couple of my poker guys are more than willing to help. I'm thinking soup, salad and quesadillas. We could use frozen corn for a salsa; and, who knows. I got watermelon too!! My friends are my human refrigerator cleaners, lol.
