- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt.
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 1/2 stick melted butter
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
What You Will Need
No special items needed.
Step 1
Mix together dry ingredients.
Step 2
Whisk together wet ingredients, then whisk into the flour mixture until just combined.
Step 3
Ladle 1/4 cupfuls onto hot buttered skillet and cook until bubbly.
Step 4
Flip and cook until golden on the bottom.
