"These are goooood. The filling is extra fluffy and delicious--it is not a sugary filling. The pies are chocolatey and soft. I wrap them in individual baggies and freeze them so you can take out a few at a time."

I made these delicious little cake sandwiches to have for Easter. We loved them! The filling is so delicious and those chocolate whoopies are moist and so full of rich chocolate. They are so great too because you can just grab one and go!

We have been making these a lot lately. They are a favorite with us all! I made them for Halloween and used orange food coloring in the filling. Very festive!

One of our all-time favs and we have them often. I have even made them stuffed with different kinds of ice cream in the middle. Both are sooo good!

I saw these posted and knew immediately I had to make them right away. The filling is just sweet enough sandwiched between those little chocolate bundles. We love them! What a great snack anytime!
