"The girls at work usually get together before the holiday season and have a cookie exchange. One of the girls brought this recipe and I loved it. Here is Lise’s lovely recipe. I use milk chocolate chips for this, but you can use your favorite type of chocolate chips. This can easily be made gluten free by using gluten free graham crumbs."

This recipe turned into a wonderful cookie confection! I did add a wee bit more of the graham crackers because I had some of the crumbs left. I did find that the larger crumbs adds more crunchiness to the finished product, which makes it even more enjoyable. Great stuff that we all enjoyed…Goodness I love Christmas goodies. Can’t wait to bring some more over to my nephew’s house for our family gathering, because I know it will be popular, especially with the kiddos. Thank you, Bea, for sharing. Made it for Billboard Tag here on RecipeZazz.

Great recipe Bea. I doubled the amount so I would have enough for DS to bring to his work party as well as having enough for my trays as well. A nice recipe that freezes well for making ahead.
