Step by Step Method

Step 1

Crush the Oreos and set aside.

Step 2

Lay parchment paper on a baking sheet.

Step 3

Melt 1 cup of milk or dark chocolate chips in a double boiler or microwave.

Step 4

Pour on parchment paper and spread to about 1/4 - 1/2 inch thick (your preference), sprinkle with 3/4 of the crushed cookies, press into chocolate slightly and set in the freezer for 10 minutes.

Step 5

Within the 10 minutes, melt the white chocolate.

Step 6

Dollop on top of dark chocolate and cookies, move quickly and use a spatula to spread it out before it hardens. It will not spread evenly cause of the cookies but that's okay.

Step 7

Sprinkle the top with remaining cookies, press down slightly and put in the refrigerator for about an hour.

Step 8

Break up bark when ready to eat and store leftovers in the fridge.

Step 9

Serving size is approximate.
