Step by Step Method
Step 1
In stock pot put potatoes and green beans with water and old bay
Step 2
I like a lighter seasoning ,if you want bump it up

When almost cooked add mushrooms
Step 4
And boil
Step 5
Add crawfish and cook until just pink ,if your not saving the stock peel the crawfish

Dip out everything and chill
Step 7
Save the stock for soup if you wish

Mix up dressing and add to the salad

They add some hot sauce to some recipes ,I'm not doing that
